Only authorized employees, insurance agents and administrators are permitted to have access to that information. Access is restricted to those individuals who need to use that information to provide products or services to you.

We do not sell your information to anyone. We do not disclose any personal information about our customers or former customers, except as permitted by law. TWICO may disclose the information about you to our agents, affiliates and third-parties in order to deliver products and services to you, provide customer service, handle claims, protect against fraud, review claims history or administer your policy. Our business partners are legally bound to protect your nonpublic personal information.
